What a joke, a company of this magnitude has zero customer service, you have to send a problem and hope they get back to you. My sons account was hacked and taken over took them more than three days to respond by this time credit and bank cards had to be cancelled as this company obviously doesn't care about it's members. Finally got account back but not the games attached to the account. Reported this over a week ago and yet they still have not bothered get in touch. Three games plus a ton of upgrades costing a fortune lost.

Battle.net's customer servce is some of the worst ive ever seen, and every single game i have ever downloaded off of this dogass website always had problems.

Won’t let me play overwatch because my phone number isn’t valid for this app or website. It’s completely sh**t!!! Like why make it difficult for adding numbers especially when correct like?? It’s super annoying that a phone number has to be postpaid, it’s ridiculous that certain people can’t play. For instance me, because of the phone number! Absolutely awful!

If I could I would give this a 0 star review. I cant play overwatch 2 because I can't get on my account cause its been hacked. I sent in a request 5 days ago for support and still no response. I sent in another cause maybe it didn't go through and 4 days and no response. I cant make another account and use that because I need a phone number which is connected to my main account. Get a new support team Blizzard.

Worst support in history of web interfaces. They take a whole week to reply to a simple ticket and still don’t get the simplest of issues resolved.
