Luncher lent, service client complètement inutiles ! Des voleurs, J'achète un jeu chez eux qui es censé être fonctionnel puisque ma configuration est 3 fois supérieur a celle recommandé. J'installe mon jeu je lance mon jeu pour y jouer et bien évidemment il y a un hic, mon je n'est pas capable de tourné comme il le devrais et crash régulièrement ( en 1 h j'ai du jouer moins de 10 minute ) . Je contacte le sav qui mets 4 jours à répondre et me dit que le jeu n'est pas éligible à remboursement, ça doit être une BLAGUE. Donc j'ai acheter un jeu une fortune mais je ne peux pas jouer car il ne sont pas capable de rendre fiable un jeux . Premiers et derniers jeu que je prends chez eux, Je suis depuis 10 ans chez Steam et quand on a un problème sur un jeu on a une protection clientèle et nous somme remboursé si on la acheter il y a moins de 14 jours et jouer moins de 2 heures ! Bref un service client inutile et c'est a ce demander si c'est pas une réponse automatique que j'ai eux

Ich find es eine Frechheit. Erst stürzt das Game 2 mal ab, dann wird man in eine ein minütige Warteschlange geworfen, die über 20min dauert. Dann öffnet man battlenet wieder, wurde ohne Grund abgemeldet, muss sich neu anmelden und zack, ohne Warteschlange zurück in den Launcher. Einfach unverschämt gemacht.

It’s 2023 and they are making insane amounts on what they can hire good devs to make their platform to be good, but it still stays the worst and most bagged and lagged platform ever. They’re constantly experiencing DDoS attacks, games aren’t working properly, and what killed me most, it’s that I couldn’t login with the existing account, they would tell me to register a new one, but when I do that and entering the same email I had account registered on it says “email is already in use, try to login with existing account?” Such a joke, the platform is garbage and it sucks so bad

I cannot access my battle net account because my old phone which had the authenticator, broke.I contacted support, 8 TIMES!! Guess what they did? Nothing, nothing at all. I have been a customer for 2 ish years. Spent like $100 on some cod games. Worst decision EVER. When you contact support, you talk to LITERAL MONKEYS. EVERYONE THERE HAS LIKE 5 IQ, I'm so pissed rn. I spend like 2 hours in total talking and messaging them and then I keep talking to literal braindead people. NEVER USE BATTLE NET

Mal von den nur noch schlechten Spielen. Ich habe die App Battlenet deinstalliert und wieder installiert, somit war ein neues anmelden notwendig. Ich habe noch nie so eine sc****** gesehen. Erste Anmeldung, du gibst alles richtig ein, dann bitte den Authentificator nutzen mit der ALTEN Telefonnummer. Tja jetzt hast du pech, entweder du versuchst irgendwie beim Support was zu erreichen oder nutzt die App nie wieder, aktuell sehr einfache Entscheidung. Wenn solche "durchdachten" Systeme bei Milliarden Unternehmen standard wären, dann wären wir verloren. Oder im Business Sektor wäre die Firma schon lange pleite.
