Ein derart stumpfer Support ist mir noch nie untergekommen. Ein Jahr lang versuch ich zu erklären das es die alte Handynr aufgrund von Verlust nicht mehr gibt. Keine Chance... Man könnt ja böser Hacker sein. Mittlerweile, mit Einführung bzw Umstellung der neuen Battle net App, geht ja gar nichts mehr. Dies sollte zum 05.01. passieren. Wir haben Dezember und schon geht nichts mehr. Das erste mal in meinem Leben das ich wirklich voller Frust aufgebe und auf all die gekauften Spiele verzichte. Aber es wäre schon schön wenn man wenigstens einen halbwegs Kompetenten und Fähigen Support erfahren würde. Das was da teilweise an frechen Antworten kommt ist unter aller Kanone. Wir werden der letzten Empfehlung dieses Fähigen Supportes folgen und nur noch bei Steam kaufen... NIE WIEDER BATTLE NET

Ich habe COD MW 3 gekauft und etwa 5 Server spielen wollen, wobei ich jedes mal nach 5 Min rausgeworfen wurde. Auf Anfrage nach Refund des Spiels wurde mir erklärt, dass ich zu viel Spielzeit hätte. Das war 1 Woche später nach 5 Versuchen das Spiel endlich zu spielen. Nie wieder Battlenet. Kann ich mich wehren?

I don't write reviews, but this is 2023/2024. A client is like a foundation for the games we play on it, and if its bad it makes the game a task just to play. Please fix your client or make a new one. Its one of the reasons I don't play games like warzone. Please fix this client ASAP. Was updating just to get home to an initializing during an update. I've faced this issue years back on my potato pc, now I have a decent pc and I still face this! after years! and just spent 45 minutes to fix it with no solution.

This is the worst application i have ever had the displeasure of using. Unfortunately, all the staff have brainrot and this is the worst developed application of all time, I could give a monkey a keyboard and he would be able to code a better application than all these supposed qualified employees. App won't let me log in and accept terms despite clicking accept several times. A literal monkey with a keyboard could fix this issue in a reasonable time, but the hundreds of employees battle net have cannot? Disgraceful.
