Same story. I applied and paid but got an email with an order number I didn't recognise asking me to resubmit my passport. There were no instruction on how to do that. Turns out (I think) the official site is .net not .org. I've applied again and paid again. Hopefully I will get me money back.

the same story as the other reviews. I quickly emailed that I wanted to cancel, but received a response a few minutes later that my request had been approved. So I don't think I will get anything back. I also have no idea whether it is an official ESTA.

Scam company. Do not use. They Charged me 121 USD and the transaction had already cleared so I couldn't ask my bank to reverse the transaction. They didn't even send me a receipt or acknowledgement of the transaction. I then asked for a refund the day after, and they eventually responded to that saying they would consider it. 2 weeks later I have received an email saying its been approved. I'm straight up apalled with this outfit and encourage everyone to just use the main .gov website, I got one with them and it was approved in a few hours

I too used this company, it wasn’t until I told my daughter how much I was charge that she informed me it was wrong. I have emailed them for a cancellation and refund. I just ordered around an hour ago so the payment is technically still pending. Fingers crossed I get my refund.

Same experience as the others.. website misleading and looking like the original ESTA. You only discover the price after. I've immediately submitted the request to cancel the application process and refund me. I hope they stop the process and do not charge the transaction.

I feel misled - I thought I was applying for a travel visa via the US Embassy. Currently, I have a charge of £92 pending and having read these reviews, I emailed the company to stop the process and transaction. Fingers crossed I won't be out of pocket. In my aim to get things sorted due to having to travel for a family emergency, I assumed that the site was a legit US Embassy site, until I scrolled to the bottom of their website page - by then the payment was already pending from my account.

same as everyone else got confused that it was official ESTA website, have requested a refund , so far no reply from them, I havent even received a receipt by reply. Please report massively to reportfraud.ftc.gov

I was charged $198 for an ESTA. At no time was it made clear how much I would be charged as the only cost referred to the actual cost of the ESTA $21. It was also unclear it was an agent not the govt site.
