I booked my esta by mistake on this site. When I realised and raised the issue with them they were very relaxed and easy about it and only took the 21 dollars, which I thought was fair, although I still don’t understand the supposed value add.

This is a copycat website. They use a similar name to advertise on Google, and the interface is exactly the same as the official ESTA website. Fortunately, I paid with AMEX, and when they charged through AMEX only allowed 21 USD to be deducted. Even though they deceived me, they honestly admitted it. At the same time, they also submitted my application, and it has been approved. In the end, I spent 21 USD to apply for ESTA. What I am worried about is the leakage of personal information and bank card information. I hope that this kind of website will not appear again in our life.

pas nadat ik de betaling had gedaan zag ik wat ik af had gerekend... ik dacht net als vele dat ik op een overheidspagina zat. (Toegegeven, ik heb zelf ook niet goed gekeken/opgelet) Maar nadat ik een mail had gestuurd was het met een half uur opgelost en teruggestort. Het zijn geen oplichters, maar maken wel "gebruik" van de onoplettendheid van mensen...

Like everyone here, I applied for my Esta via us-immigrationsupport.org. When I paid, 21USD was displayed, which is what I paid. Saw credit card statement today and it was 121USD. I wrote to Estafee that it wasn't suitable for dance, that it cost so much and I wanted the $100 back. They responded within 3 hours. I had to answer 6 questions and within 2 hours I received a response saying that they apologized for the misunderstanding and would refund me the $100. yes it is not well explained, but they are quick and helpful afterwards. Esta was also approved in advance within 12 hours. Dare to complain

Ook ik was er met 3 ESTA aanvragen helemaal ingetrapt. Na het lezen van de reviews heb ik ze direct een mail geschreven om de order te cancellen en dat was binnen een half uur inderdaad ook echt opgelost. De reserveringen op mijn creditcard, die er eerst stonden, waren ook direct weggehaald. Kortom, als je erin trapt direct mailen en dan komt het waarschijnlijk goed. Daarom ook 3 sterren, want de klantenservice werkt snel en uitstekend ;-)

I found out that the price of a esta was almost 5 times higher then usual. When you are doing the payment there is no amount showing up. I send an e-mail that i wanted to cancel the order and a full refund. Within a couple of minutes i had a reaction that they will cancel the order and refund the money. And indeed i had my money back right away They are not scammers but they charge a lot of money for their services. The customer services are great and responding quickly

This is actually a legit website it just charges you 5x the standard fee. I paid for this then realised it wasnt the official website and thought it was a scam so I went on the official ESTA website and filled in an application there. Surprisingly I actually received a refund a few hours later from this provider and a refund explaining that when they tried to submit my ESTA application they found an already existing one and therefore were refunding me as they couldn't submit it. I am assuming a scam wouldn’t behave this way so at least they are legit just overpriced!

Jeg er også ked af at skulle sige, at jeg også troede jeg var på den originale esta org side, og jeg vil bestemt anbefale alle IKKE at ansøge igennem denne portal, men i stedet benytte den officielle Esta-ansøgningsside. De yder samme service, men tager sig betalt for det. De får dog 3 stjerner, for så snart jeg fandt ud af det, skrev jeg en mail til dem, og bad dem slette ordren - dette skete inden for 10 minutter, og jeg kunne med det samme se, at trækningen også gik væk i min netbank. Jeg var naturligvis nervøs - de havde jo tilegnet sig utrolig meget information - og mit betalingskort. Men de er reelle nok - de forsøger dog at lave penge på en opgave, der let og enkelt kan udføres af en selv (Helt samme spørgsmål). Så benyt dem ikke, men frygt ikke hvis du kom til det, så kan du let og enkelt få penge tilbage.
