Don't ever use this company. They changed two items on my form. I had gilled in different answers and they changed it. I withdraw my application and resubmitted directly to esta gov. I am trying to get a refund and they mentioned they will fully without the 30 dollars for egov. But have not received anything. Instead they keep sending enails if I accept 25% or 35% and then they start the concersation over with again 25% as refund. Anyhow I want a full refund and will declare them as fraude.

This is a scam. I mistakenly used the US Immigration website applying for an ESTA visa waiver, charged $179 that seemed too high but in a rush and their official looking website completed this transaction. Never received a refund after multiple attempts. A scam business who will eventually be shut-down, total fraudsters.

SCAM company. NOT the official Government website. Unable to get a refund - AVOID

They charged my 4 times more than applying for ESTA direct. I didn't realise it wasn't the government website, which is frustrating and annoying. I haven't received the ESTA yet and will be asking for a full refund.

Don’t use this website, it’s a SCAM! Clicked in this website as it was the first one that popped up, after filling in every question I had to pay $179 which I already found a bit much for an ESTA. Not knowing about how much it should cost I paid and waited for an e-mail with the conformation, which of course never came. I contacted the organization about it but of course they never reacted to my complain. Please never use this website and just use the official website for your ESTA.
