David seemed kind but cheated me out of 500 dollars
David was very friendly and helpful, but at the end of the day he produced slipcases that did not work for my books. I had asked for a sample box so I could be sure it would work, and was denied. The boxes were designed in a way that did not allow the books to slide in. After I explained this to him and asked him for help, he simply told me to keep ordering from him and did not offer me a refund. He said his company had never received feedback like this, but after reading through the reviews, it seems that others have also had this experience. It is a shame to have paid almost $500 for a product i cannot use, especially as I am a young mom working from home trying to start my business from the ground up. Please do not order from this company. While others have sought legal action against David, I do not have the means to do so, so my husband and I will have to face the financial consequences of David's poor conduct without recourse. [LATER] After I published this review, David reached out to me asking me to take it down. I told him I would not take down the review, but would modify it to reflect any outcome if he were to make things right. I asked him for a product I could use or a refund. He had the slip cases reprinted to match the interior measurements required. I am modifying this review to reflect that fact and giving them another star. If you make an order from this company, make sure the measurements you send are for the interior of the box because they will not adjust for thickness of the material.
