Incorrect/Incomplete - Claiming in court
I placed a custom packaging order with Urgent Boxes over a month ago. Most of the order never arrived, and the few items that did show up were incorrect (wrong insert design/fit, unusable for events). I provided photos and detailed emails, but support relied on boilerplate terms instead of fixing the issue or issuing a refund. After almost 1 month with no resolution, I filed a small-claims case, with a hearing scheduled for December 2025. I cannot recommend this company- especially if you’re on a deadline or need accuracy. Please do not order from here.
