I ordered a number of great planters and pots. Because some were special order and non-returnable, a customer service agent checked back with me to make sure I understood that - which I appreciated. My in-stock items have arrived and now I'm anticipating my special order. I am very pleased with everything.

Bought this as a surprised gift for a birthday . Now it is over a week passed the promise date With no package and I still paid for the shipping . Super lame if you ask me .

Disappointed with the quality of this product. It arrived and looks cheap and tacky. Great photos on website but this just isn't for us. Will be returning.
