Worst packaging for shipping I ever saw.
Package was so huge it wouldn't go thru the door.

Inventory not updated on website
Ordered an item on clearance that went through but the transaction was cancelled the following day because they were out. Disappointing.

Reliable and expedient service for a large steel item.
Professional at every level. Purchased a large steel product that was shipped and delivered without damage. And, the product was delivered three days ahead of the projected delivery date.

right after my purchase with my Amex my card was compromised on the internet with many fraudulent purchases
Right after my purchases on your site with my Amex card, many fraudulent purchases from various sites were committed.

This encrypted card processing technology is safely used by tens of thousands of retailers and millions of customers daily. Excellent service
I ordered a large planting pot and had questions. The response was quick and accurate. As well, delivery occurred several days before it had initially been scheduled, and that was great!

Great products and personal attention!
We needed color swatches since our planters were made to order from Spain and non-returnable. A person with a name, Paige, contacted me and sent swatches-then followed up to make sure I'd received them. I did received and ordered the planters. I recieved a head's up that the order had shipped from Spain from my same contact, Paige. My client recieved the planters, texting me upon receipt that she was delighted with them! The follow through and personal contact was very important to making this order happen. Very happy!

Great Customer Service
Not only is the furniture really nice, customer service is amazing! You communicate with the same person who is familiar with your order/orders. My customer service representative Lindsay was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She was a tremendous help in making my ordering process smooth and without error. Several orders and several emails later and I'm still extremely happy and impressed with this company's products and customer service.
