I have not received my coat

Its a scam merchant!!!! Bought a 60 Euros item and received in the mail something completly different. When I ask the return of the wrong item, 60 Euros, I got this replay: "We’re very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. Please accept our sincere apologies for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused. To make things right, please choose one of the following options: Option 1: Store Credit Keep the incorrect item and receive a store coupon worth $22, which you can use toward your next purchase. Option 2: Partial Refund Keep the incorrect item and receive a partial refund of $19. Kindly let us know which option you prefer, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible."

Twijfelachtig bedrijf. Je krijgt effectief wel een product dat erop lijkt, maar niet datgene dat je besteld hebt.

The product sent was completely different from what I ordered. They don't want to return the money, and the product itself, you can only return it at your own expense. The quality of the stuff they show in the pictures is really not good!! Rubbish stuff.

Late and now there is a problem at customs. Im starting to get annoyed, and have asked for a refund. we shall see...

A Fraud, I checked before ordering on the Return Policy. It said i could return or exchange up to 30 days of receiving items. The day I got it, a coat, I emailed for instructions on how to exchange for a size up. They started giving me the run around. Then they said it cost to much for them to return the item. That I would have to pay out of pocket. It didn't say that in the Return Policy, been going back and forth for a week now, going in circles. Please Also Report to the Better Business Buero.

It's a scam you get nothing but B's no 1 to even talk to

This is a scam site they send you what they want to it takes forever to get your order. Looks nice on the site but nothing like it in person the clothes run really small even 2xl fit like a medium and the large is a small don’t waste your time or money
