I ordered a carhartt that was over $100 and received an Air Jordan jacket. No phone number for customer service. My husband ordered a jacket but the quality is not good and does not look like the quality on the website.

I bought 2 jackets almost 100 bucks and neither were like the pictures shown. It was a process just to get any info on a return being done. They were not true to size and the fur on the one looked so chincy. When I wanted to return them my options were only get 28 bucks back and keep the items that dont fit so that makes a ton of sense, or ship it back and I have to pay for it and I do not live near California so I can only imagine what that will cost. I will never buy from this company again.

The worst customer service ever. No resolution to sending me a wrong item where alot of money has been spent. Absolute disgrace. Its their fault but they wont compensate or offer refund or send out the correct item!! Never ever order from this website. They will send you the wrong item and make it your fault. Figure that!! So I received my package and I've received the wrong item which was the most expensive item of the 3 in my order. It was a Teddy coat which I ordered but received a suede thing trench coat. Following me getting in contact and albeit I opened the package a few weeks later as I never got round to opening it (started a new job And got left to the side). Beside the point the items should be correct either way. Now they are taking no ownership of the fact they have sent the wrong item.im speechless to be honest

The shipping is super slow. The sizing of their products is smaller than normal. Their return policy definitely sucks. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which would probably be half of the cost of the product. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
