I want give zero stars. This is fake and fraud company. Got totally different I had ordered. No chance to get money back. Do not order anything!!

Commande n° URQGB10963, arrivée le 20/12/2025, ne correspond absolument pas à ce que j’ai commandé. Personne ne répond à vos e-mails, il est donc impossible de la retourner pour obtenir un remboursement. C’est une véritable arnaque. Ne commandez pas.

Scam site. Paid for an order and never got an order confirmation. Contacted customer service and they say they can’t locate my order despite me sharing payment details. Completely unwilling to resolve this despite clear evidence that funds have been moved to their account. Given they must have access to their bank and hence see the incoming payment I can only assume this is by design and hence a scam. Don’t let them rip you off too

I bought a pair of Carhartt joggers that were not as described in picture so I tried to send them back like the email told me to and I still haven’t recieved my money back

Absolutely crap, products are knock off. On receipt of items not only had they sent me the wrong items, there is no way this is genuine Carhartt product. Cheap crappy materials, probably made in some poor sweat shop. No way to contact them, so out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT GENUINE BRANDED PRODUCTS AND WHAT YOU GET IS QUITE FRANKLY SHIT. ORdered on 18th December arrived 28th January ... pretty crap shipping

Surtout ne pas commander sur ce site !!! ce sont des voleurs ! J'ai commandé un article et en ai reçu un autre qui n'a rien à voir. Bien entendu le montant de plus de 98.-- EURO a été débité de mon compte bancaire et après bien des démarches je n'ai pas eu de remboursement de la part de Urbeni. De plus lorsque vous envoyez un mail on vous dit que la boîte est pleine ainsi vous n'avez pas de réponse. VOLEURS VOLEURS !!!!!

Pakket verloren gegaan, toch staat er geleverd. Niets ontvangen op mijn adres. Om een claim in te dienen moet je er de politie erbij halen die voor de nodige documenten moeten zorgen. IS DIT EEN GRAP? Dit moet binnen de 7 dagen anders is terugbetaling niet meer mogelijk. Ze maken je het gewoon zo moeilijk tot je het opgeeft. NOOIT MEER. KOOP HIER ALSTUBLIEFT NIETS WANT DIT IS PURE OPLICHTING!!!
