The item in the picture looked completely different than the item they sent, different logos, different color, different product. They were unresponsive to email.

Order ID: 00042878 I ordered 4 products that were not cheap but looked good, they notified me that my shipment had a delay and they sent it in two parts, the first one took 1.5 months to arrive and the second one took 2 months, of the 4 products ordered, two of them are incorrect and when I complained about it, they offered me to return less than half the price of the product and "give me" the crap product they sent and that has nothing to do with what I ordered. To continue with the ruse they offered me a second option which is that I pay for the return shipping and get a full refund, obviously this is even worse. Gentlemen, I DEMAND A FULL REFUND, what they sent is just the leftovers of bad products that have nothing to do with what I ordered. I recommend the world to never buy a single product from this site and I will make it known in every URBENIE publication I come across.

Vorsicht! Grenzt an Betrug, ich habe etwas bestellt, aber einen komplett anderen Artikel erhalten! Anstatt mir den richtigen nachzuliefern, wollten Sie mir einen Rabatt anbieten für das falsche oder das ich auf meine Kosten den falsch gelieferten Artikel zurück sende. Also so oder so sollte ich für Dinge bezahlen, die ich nicht bestellt oder verschuldet habe.

If I could but Zero stars I would. DO NOT TRUST. They send us something completely different in size and design, pretended to give us refounds but NEVER GOT IT. Absolutely trash. They need to shut down the site. Don’t trust them even if they send you emails! Do your money a favor…

It should be 0 star, I ordered white Marlboro hoodie and their delivery was not only delayed but sent a wrong black hoodie that is completely irrelevant to Marlboro these guys are scammers

I've researched after this page and it basically sells low quality chinese products, dont buy it its a scam
