I was in desperate need of a logo for one of my businesses. I called Urban Web designers and I got Jasper. He was so patient and understanding. He was able to bring my vision to life. I was super excited and I went back to Jasper the second time for my second business logo and he did an amazing job again! Go see Jasper you won’t be disappointed. He’s very patient, understanding, very professional and knows his craft..

6/28 UPDATE to previous review. I’ve been wanting to leave this updated review because I don’t want my “coaxed” review to be misleading. This company is a complete scam. They don’t tell you the whole price of everything upfront. THEY TOOK MY WEBSITE OFF THE SERVER that I’ve paid for for a year! I run a medical business and my website is very important. Now I have to recreate a site after I’ve given them 1000 to build it. But that’s not the worse part. (This is long) It didn’t take long for my site to be built. It was build in word press, using the template of a cannabis business and some of their products and things were still left on MY site after. After the site was complete he gave me the password to make updates or changes. So I go in there, I’m looking around trying to find out how things work, then all of sudden everything goes BLANK. So I call Jasper in a panic thinking my whole website it gone. When I was telling him the story, I could hear laughing in the background and he was chuckling “oh what did you do ha”. He told me he would fix it if I could just please leave a good review on this trust pilot. So I left a good review but have regretted it since I left it because as you can see I’m still having issues with them, 8 months later. It gets better. 2 months later I get a call saying my website isn’t compliant and I need to pay 700 to make it up to par. HUH?! So I ignored them because I was just done. The next few months, they continue to blow up my phone. I ignore. Until yesterday when I fine my website is completely DOWN! I reach out to them, NO RESPONSE. I came here to see if they were still in business and seen all the recent negative reviews and so I’m adding my two cents. It so much more but just stay away! I worked with Jasper on my project for my website. I had a very specific design in mind and he was able to help bring it to life. He worked quickly when I had multiple requests and made sure the website was done to my liking. Did not take it personal if I said I didn’t like something; he did his best to change it until I did. It was a process but in the end turned out great

What can I say?!?! June is the best. She was very patient and understood my needs and really cared about those needs. She remained in constant contact with me regarding updates, completions, etc. Her customer service was impeccable. I would recommend her to anyone. June even reached out to me and still continues to check in on a weekly basis to check on my daughter who is suffering from a severe disease. She has been positive in his thoughts and prayers and really showed me her empathetic and sympathetic side. This young lady would not know me if I was sitting next to her, but she treated me like family and that speaks value. For all of my future needs June Clarke is my go to!
