Don't use these guys

Please don't trust to this company, because they are fake and scummer, they took my money about $1500 for the website, they wasted my time and calling me every day for more money, and eventually, when i received the website after very short time the website disappeard and not open anymore. these people are Indian, and they are not inside of the united state, please stay away from these scummers. one of the employee's name is (Nick), I hope US government avoid the entering of these people in the United States because these people are not safe for Americans anymore. Hey Americans, do not trust to these company because it's a fake company, I am really disappointed.

If there was a negative -1 I would have give to them. Do not trust them Indians with American first and last name. This is a scam they supposed to create a website they just put the name of the business and said they are done what!. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

The website tells you how competitive they are in pricing, however, my experience with Urban was they get you in the door with a nice price quote and then the additional fees and charges start coming in. I went from a $300 or so WordPress website revamp to being told that my current host didn't have room for their site (which was not true) which added that I needed to buy a dedicated server FROM THEM to host the new site which added another $400 or so. By the way, after logging into my c-panel, I never got a dedicated server...it said "shared". They tried to upsell me at every turn when I told them numerous times what I wanted. On top of all of that, no one that I worked with over the phone really understood or was able to speak the English language. This is especially frustrating when trying to convey what I wanted in a website and they didn't understand what I was saying. I asked for numerous revisions to the site that never happened. I was told that I needed to meet "compliance rules and regulations that no other designer was saying needed to happen and they wanted to charge me EVEN MORE for that stuff. Finally, they told me I needed to purchase a "security and maintenance plan" in order for them to do anything further to my site. I stopped paying for things earlier than that but it certainly felt like they liked swindling people out of money. All of this could have been avoided had they just been upfront about their pricing. The last straw was how unavailable they were in reacting to questions or requests for the website. Sometimes it would be 2-3 days before a reply back. I don't think they operated in the country even though they say they are in California. It was a horrible experience from day 1 and I should have stopped...I urge you to not make the same mistake that I did! I switched to a different service (Jottful) and have been SO HAPPY ever since making the move!

This is a scammer website. Do not trust them. They are based in India with an American name I should have known better. they took 6 months to work on a website and are still not done. every time they called to ask for more money omg. please don't waste your time and money.

Purchased a logo from this site. The logo is nice, I'm not sure if its original, but I'll know more once I submit paperwork for trademark. The logo wasn't centered and I asked multiple times for corrections and they just kept sending me files that looked the same. I tried to use the files for marketing materials and no one could use them. I ended up purchasing Corel Draw and making the necessary corrections myself. I originally was going to get a website through this company, but they seemed a little sketch. They called and texted me all times of the day and night. They texted me at 9:30pm for money, I told them I would send the money in the morning during normal business hours. They told me they needed to get started and called me 3 more times that night! I decided to end my relationship with the company. After, I still received emails and text from Richard asking why I decided not to work with them and how his colleagues were blaming him for loosing a client. He would text and ask how I was doing and what my goals were, say Merry Christmas. It just got really weird. Shop elsewhere for your website needs. This company isn't it.

6/28 UPDATE to previous review. I’ve been wanting to leave this updated review because I don’t want my “coaxed” review to be misleading. This company is a complete scam. They don’t tell you the whole price of everything upfront. THEY TOOK MY WEBSITE OFF THE SERVER that I’ve paid for for a year! I run a medical business and my website is very important. Now I have to recreate a site after I’ve given them 1000 to build it. But that’s not the worse part. (This is long) It didn’t take long for my site to be built. It was build in word press, using the template of a cannabis business and some of their products and things were still left on MY site after. After the site was complete he gave me the password to make updates or changes. So I go in there, I’m looking around trying to find out how things work, then all of sudden everything goes BLANK. So I call Jasper in a panic thinking my whole website it gone. When I was telling him the story, I could hear laughing in the background and he was chuckling “oh what did you do ha”. He told me he would fix it if I could just please leave a good review on this trust pilot. So I left a good review but have regretted it since I left it because as you can see I’m still having issues with them, 8 months later. It gets better. 2 months later I get a call saying my website isn’t compliant and I need to pay 700 to make it up to par. HUH?! So I ignored them because I was just done. The next few months, they continue to blow up my phone. I ignore. Until yesterday when I fine my website is completely DOWN! I reach out to them, NO RESPONSE. I came here to see if they were still in business and seen all the recent negative reviews and so I’m adding my two cents. It so much more but just stay away! I worked with Jasper on my project for my website. I had a very specific design in mind and he was able to help bring it to life. He worked quickly when I had multiple requests and made sure the website was done to my liking. Did not take it personal if I said I didn’t like something; he did his best to change it until I did. It was a process but in the end turned out great
