I had a question about the delivery of my ordered product and e-mailed customer service. I received an answer within the hour which totally answered my question. I was impressed.

I was looking for this particular daily log that I ran into last year. It was very convenient for my particular use. I couldn't find it at office supply stores. Decided to try online at source of 2013's log. Fell happily into great service, price and help at URBAN GIRL!!!

I wanted to order a clipboard for my volleyball team that I'm coaching so I'd be the "cool" coach. After all, it is a team if 14-year old girls!! They won't mind when it's their turn to do stats because they'm get to hold THE clipboard!!!

I purchased the pink ribbon monthly planner. It is spiral bound, so that it lies flat. It's small enough to carry in my smallest purse. This was my first (but definitely not my last) order from Urban Girl!

The service was nice-very efficient. They practically set the product on my desk for me.

found this awesome clock and it was affordable. super cute and different. just what i was looking for. oh yeah and they sent me a coupon for 10% off my next order.

I ordered a cross-body laptop bag and was very pleasantly surprised with the reasonable price, cute design, and fast shipping! I just started using it, but I hope the quality and hold-up is also very good! Well done!

I ordered a business card storage box and was so tickled by the personalized note and pen that came with the order -- such a nice company!
