I placed an order for a customized magnetic board and, of course, needed it within a week (totally last minute!). The customer service rep said he would try his best, but they needed to work with an outisde provider but couldn't guarantee it. He kept me informed of the order status and lo and behold - I received it before I needed it! I will definitely order from this site again. Thanks!!

I was searching for a very size specific box on the internet and having very little luck. Eventually through Google I was able to find Urbangirl and the exact size box I was looking for. Not thinking much of what website I was at, I just added the item to the cart, pulled out the credit card, and made the purchase. Very shortly after, I received a confirmation of shipment along with information as to when to expect it. It was delivered in a reasonable time and that was great, but what made this experience even better was the hand-written note that I received from the owner of the company. She was so friendly and thankful for my business and expressed it through the note. Coming from a large customer service background, I was more than impressed that the owner took the time to do such a thing. I was grateful that there is still some decent customer service out there, and have told several friends about the website and my experience. Hopefully it will help generate more sales for this awesome company!

I happened across the Urban Girl site, and have been so excited with my purchases. The color...the quality...the selection are all great! Then, top that off with first class, personalized customer service, and you have a surefire winner. I am huge on organization and they have many items that satisfy those needs... plus Urban Girl has added real pizzazz to my office. I'm planning my annual national conference and every year my staff and I use boring, ugly clipboards.
