Received my order within 2 days with free shipping and when I opened it there was a little card that made me chuckle. Best price on the item I needed was a great bonus. Thanks Perry El Paso, Texas

Very quick shipment! Personal hand-written thank you for the purchase was a great personal touch! Highly reccomend!

Great products that are trendy, pretty and functional at the same time. Can't wait to use my Kate Spade planner to kill 2014-2015!

Hi Urban Girl! I love your product lines. I recently purchased The Brother Label Marker and beautiful file folders. I can not get the label marker to print? Please, advise. I would love to put gold labels on the Kate Spade gold and white folders. Best, Lisa

Just got my first small order.... there will be more! Was very impressed with the handwritten note inside the order. Not many retailers take the extra mile these days, and it's nice to see that someone understands the value of taking a moment to thank someone. You have a customer for life (and everyone I tell about you!) - And btw, the two small items that I purchased were exactly as described.

This site was awesome! It was the perfect way to treat myself after I got a new job! I had no idea how I wanted to decorate my new office space until I came across this website! The prices were great and so was the service. Everything felt personal which I love :) I recommended the site to other people in the office as well. ps: I never take the time to do these little surveys so the fact that I'm doing this one.. That alone shows how much I enjoyed this shopping experience :)

loved what i got.....still waiting on the most important thing I'm SOOOO excited about! My desk mat-sometimes it doesn't take alot to get me excited....according to the package i received, it was drop shipped seperately....Hope I love that too! A very fun website, Every drab office needs some FUN!

My order arrived quickly and everything was BETTER than I imagined!
