I recently purchased some Kate spade file folders-they arrived in great condition, but what I noticed first of all is the fast service! I have a couple of other vendors that I use that have fast service, too: JetPens and Ellen Hutson, along with Daniel Smith art supplies. When I enjoy this kind of service, I tend to come back, over and over. Thank you for your service, and follow-up!

I ordered my items online, and the hardest part of that was choosing which items to order - I wanted everything! Once I placed my order, someone reached out to me via email immediately just to confirm my shipping address. I received my items in just a few days, and everything was in great condition. Great service and I can't wait to order again soon!

The company had a NO RETURN POLICY. I totally understand that, however, I requested my order be cancelled DAYS before it even shipped. They refused to do ANYTHING at all to help me! False advertising! Their only recourse was"we're sorry you're not happy. We've had this problem before so I guess we need to work on the wording". That was it!!!!!

Hey Charles, Unfortunately this item had already been shipped out once you requested your cancellation Monday night. That is why the item was able to get to you by Wednesday following your Sunday night order. Have a great day Charles, UrbanGirl

My binders came in a timely manner. One was in great condition but the other was damaged. I'm so upset. They are so cute.

Hey Hannah, I'm sorry one of your binders was damaged. Those darn shipping companies, if you'll send us an image to [email protected] we'll get a replacement shipped out asap. UrbanGirl

I was impressed with how fast my purchase arrived. I got a few Kate Spade products and they looked better in person than online. I'm really happy I stumbled upon this site.

I love the website layout, it was easy to navigate through all the options (of which, there are many). Ordering and checking out was simple. Shipping was pretty quick (although I didn't receive a notice once the order had shipped) and I received my full order within a week (4 business days). I also received a handwritten thank you note with my order - Nice touch! I love the products, all well made and high quality. Nothing felt or looked "cheap". I will definitely order from them again and recommend them to colleagues.

We ordered some Poppin items and were very pleased with how quickly they arrived and were packaged. Will shop UrbanGirl again.
