UrbanGirl Office SupplyReviews of urbangirl.com

My product arrived on time with a personalized note! Though not necessary, the added little touch makes a world of a difference! Definitely will be ordering any future supplies from here! Thanks for everything.

Urban Girl is ...friendly, fast & easy!

urbangirl has the most inspiring file folders, it makes it Fun to work!

I ordered a couple Kate Spade items including a stapler. They were kind enough to include staples for it. Duh I totally needed them too! Personalized note was super cute and such a great touch. Will definitely be shopping again.

Was shopping around for a gift for a friend, and found the best price on Urban Girl. Also found some related accessories to go with it thanks to their suggestions at the bottom of the page! Checkout was simple and product was shipped out just a few hours later. Arrived quickly and with a hand written note card even thanking me for my business. Job well done!

I received my order in a timely manner and each item was carefully wrapped. Exactly how the product was shown on their website. I love the little purple thank you note that was included with a discount coupon on my next purchase. I highly recommend this company👍

My first order was messed up because of a PayPal issue. Not UrbanGirl's fault. Customer service was amazing and very fast. After we fixed the issue my order was processed and shipped very quickly. I received my order on time. When I opened it I was in love! There was a handwritten note with a coupon for my next order. The items were exactly as described. I will be a repeat customer until my wallet tells me otherwise! I'm already planning my next order.

I only received 2 of the 5 items that I ordered. When I placed the order, and received the confirmation, it never said that any of the items were on back order. Had I known that at the time, I may have chosen something else. I'm trying to outfit and organize my home office quickly and having stacks of 'stuff' just waiting for the proper product to place them in is very frustrating!
