UrbanGirl Office SupplyReviews of urbangirl.com

I ordered Kate Spade Nesting Boxes from another vendor and they arrived damaged, so I thought I'd give Urban Girl a try, and I'm so happy I did! The same Kate Spade Nesting Boxes were packaged so well, there was no chance of damage. My order arrived quickly, and there was even a personalized handwritten note! Love the personal touch in this age of mass communication. I was so happy with the products, packaging, and prompt arrival, that I ordered more office supplies from Urban Girl, and plan to in the future.

Love my new file folders and great customer service too!

I love the products on Urban Girl! I love having office supplies that are unique, girly, and match my personality. I love the Kate Spade folders and notebooks. They are so fun and girly in a professional way. My office is done in elephants so the elephant notebook, pad-folio, paperclips, and sticky flags were a perfect addition to my office. I also love the hand written notes on the invoice when you receive your purchase. It is a very nice touch. I have recommended Urban Girl to all my friends and will be buying all my personalized office supplies from them in the future!

I love the beautiful, quirky and fun products. You ship very quickly. The invoice was on pretty turquoise paper. My girls loved the Papaya Journals. I loved the personalized note with coupon. I just wish the items were a little cheaper. It is a splurge to buy from you. If I can use my coupon, I will.

I was so extremely please with the whole experience that it goes beyond critique. Thank you. I needed special shipping/deliverey and placed my order based on this request. It was the make it or break it order that would determine the next, if any, order. I'm happy to say that my requirements were met without a single problem. Thank you again. I have found that it is a rare occation in todays business enviornment when a company actually listens to its customers requests. You have gone above and beyond simple customer satisfaction and will certainly promote and recommend your business to others.

Used Urban Girl for the first time for some office supplies. Prices were better than others found on the internet. Seemed to be personally interested in my order and satisfaction. Wrote a nice note included with the package which was personally directed to me. Thought that was a nice touch.

I received my package in an appropriate time frame AND a personalized note w/ a coupon, loved it- no complaints!

The site was easy to navigate and the transaction went smoothly. When my items arrived, they were packaged perfectly! Bonus…a very, sweet touch - a personal note! I will certainly recommend this site.
