The customer service is ridiculously awesome. A handwritten note accompanied my goods. My products arrived very fast (within two -four days). The boxes were packed so sweetly and it was easy to unpack. I've already recommended this place to my coworkers, usually after they compliment my office style. The items found on the website are practical and adorable/stylish. You can have your own style at work! I purchased the Kate Spade desk set and was happy with what I received. All in great condition and in original Kate Spade boxes. I also loved the personal touch of a hand written note!
