UrbanGirl Office SupplyReviews of urbangirl.com

Excellent customer service. I love the products and have recommended the company to co-workers. The quality of the products is high. I love the little notes with the orders.

Received the package quickly. They actually packaged and shipped my items same day. Great that I am supporting a small, minority (women) owned business -- from a smaller sales market.

I could not be more pleased with the office supplies I recently purchased from UrbanGirl! Beautifully packaged, nothing damaged, everything received was just as pictured on the website! I even received a personalized "thank you" letter! Thank you UrbanGirl for your unique, quality products, your wonderful customer service, and the super fast shipping! My office is as happy as it's ever been!

I ordered a trash can that arrived cracked. It took only one phone call and within that same day I was getting another one. I didn't even have to ship back the original. Very friendly staff who really understand what good customer service is. I'm very impressed and they run a good online business with quality merchandise.

Very happy with my order. The items look great and arrived very fast.

My products arrived super fast and I was very pleased. It was so nice to receive the hand written note thanking me for my purchase. I'm very pleased and will be shopping here again!

I buy all of my Office Supplies here. The products are high quality, prices very reasonable. The shipping cost is a huge plus! Customer Service goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Urban Girl for any of your needs!
