First, the website is fun. It is easy to browse, and the products are fantastic - for all ages - for all occupations. My purchases are for my daughter, who will be 29 next month. She keeps journals, makes lists, inspires everyone - and she will love the items I have for her. I ordered 10 padfolios and their price (what I wanted to pay) matched their quality. They were adorable in design and priced very reasonably. The quality was not top notch but I wasn't expecting that given the price I paid. I was more interested in the design. I contacted the company to see if they could ship my order right away and the day they received the order. I got a personal response from the person who packaged my items and she kept me up to date on the shipping information. She included a personal note in my box (in my school's colors) and followed up the expected day of delivery to be sure everything arrived. All 10 padfolios arrived on time, in tact, and the recipients were thrilled!
