I have used their services on a few occasions and had very positive experiences. My last experience was the worst service I have ever experienced in the years of working with real estate photographers. Every business has problem once in a while but it's how they handle the problem that makes the difference between keeping a customer for life or loosing the customer and having them write bad reviews like this one. They were 2 hours late for the shoot. Late in delivering the first set of photos and I still have not received the photos i needed for my client. They could have made it right but I found that the Owner LIED to me right from the start. I like to work with local family owned business but I will not work with this one ever again. I plan to share the details of this experience with many of the agents that I work with..... Steve M
