Matterport posting without permission is an issue. I appreciate the company rectifying this in a timely manner, yet the client still hasn't been called.

I like the that we were able to get an appointment with short notice. 3D image virtual tour was neat. I wasn’t pleased with clarity of pictures from photo shoot. They had way too much light reflection in photos, which made them look amateur.

No picture for master bedroom and master bathroom. Incomplete pictures for the property for delivery.

The photographer was quite skilled. I’m happy with her. But the online ordering process was Flawed with errors, incomplete tasks. I’m addition the virtual staging is still not delivered a week later, it’s promised (again) for later Today. I had to order a new virtual tour package today because it was omitted in the confusing online order form. Other than the 4.5 star photographer, I rate the company 2 stars

The pictures were very nice, however, the communication was not so good. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and received an email were my appointment was changed to 11:00. I added virtual staging to my order and received an email stating that it would be a 5-12 hour turnaround time. Days went by and I never received a follow up email with the photos. When I called, I was told that the photos had been added to the original link. I never received any communication to let me know that the photos were ready and had been added to the previous link. I only received the photos after I called to inquire. I was given a partial refund for the mishap but I ready had preferred to have the photos timely to present my listing.

I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice - both times for rental listings. The first time the photographer showed up 45 minutes early and the second time the photographer showed up 30 minutes late. The photos are OK. Maybe a little better than I can do with my phone camera. The photographers need better training on attractive angles and the editors could work on getting the lighting adjusted properly. Over all, the people that I dealt with were polite.
