I have owned my Pitlock skewers for several years and unfortunately my rear skewer snapped on a recent bicycle ride. He provided replacement skewers free of charge including shipping. I contacted Urban BIke Tech as I'd managed to lose my Pitlock key during a house move. Jason was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions and ordering a new key was very straightforward. Shipping from the US to Canada was via USPS Tracked, which I appreciated. Item was packed well and everything was intact despite Canada Customs opening the package. Urban Bike Tech will definitely be getting my business again, great job keep it up!
