Jason was very helpful and responsive in assembling a slightly unusual combination of security skewers for me recently. The order was shipped and delivered quickly. He followed up well and was keen to ensure that I was happy with my order once received (I was!). Highly recommended.

I had lost my Pitlock. Jason got my time sensitive order out the same day. It was delivered on time and the price was right. Thanks Jason

Super service - They went the extra mile to contact the bike manufacturer to ensure that the Pitlock skewers and bolts would fit my bike.

A great experience! Lots of good inventory. Many keys available on hand. Shipped quicker than expected. Very nice and helpful customer service. Will order from them again and highly recommend Urban Bike Tech to others.

Jason was very personable and helpful. My order was delayed in customs for a while, but we had good communication and I felt that the ball was in my court at all times. I like this company and wish they sold more bike components.

Fast efficient and communicative. Great transaction and great product.

Great service, fast delivery, excellent communication and customer service. Am a repeat customer.

I accidentaly received a different size than what I ordered on a very small part. Once I let them know, a new correct size was in the mail within minutes. Accidents happen but I was very impressed with how quickly it was resolved.
