I've been a Pitlock user since 2014 and got my set for Urban Bike Tech. I initially had a hard time locating my keycode to from my previous purchase. Jason was very patient, and with some searching and inquiries (he was very quick to respond as well!), he found my keycode assigned to me for the past 7 years! How cool was that! This is my 2nd purchase from Urban Bike Tech, and I just completed my 3rd. Awesome service! Thanks again! Til Next time!

You can't do better then PITLOCK from urban bike tech.
There is hardly anywhere left to buy PITLOCK in the states. Not only is Urban Bike Tech the only game around, but they carry the full lineup of, what I consider to be, an essential component to my bicycles. Their service was prompt and thorough. I bought a set for one of my bikes from my local bike shop and by the time I wanted to go back and outfit my other bikes my LBS stopped carrying PITLOCK products. Urban Bike Tech finished outfitting the rest of my bikes with the missing bits I needed to complete the job.
