Urban Bike TechReviews of urbanbiketech.com

Communication was excellent and the time frame he quoted for the custom order was spot on. I am a repeat customer and would come back for my next pitlock purchase without hesitating.

Though the website was very difficult for me to figure out and the prices are very high for what are really pretty simple small bits of hardware, customer service was very patient in leading me to understand that I had made not one but two errors in what I had ordered. Unfortunately that meant that I needed to pay even more for what I had in mind, but the responsiveness and willingness to help straighten me out was outstanding. I will add that the expensive bits are clever in design and seem of excellent quality and finish, and delivery was very fast.

Had a question on skewer selection and received an answer and help almost immediately. Awesome service! Thanks!

Fast delivery, perfect part.

The Urban Bike Tech team were awesome about recommending exactly the right pitlock for our two bikes. And when one of the locks had trouble due to the strange shape of my seat post, the team made the return process super easy. Incredibly responsive via email, day or night. Great experience!

Super duper responsive! Quick response and quick shipping. Thanks!

The gang at Urban Tech Bike Tech, really went out of their way to help me out!! I was dealing with a very short time frame, (travel to college),and they made sure that I received the product, with time to install the parts. The parts themselves (set 02 Ga & extras) are brilliantly designed and easy to manage. It’s funny that I have resisted buying these for my bikes, but could justify the purchase for a 200.00 “college” bike. ;-) I will likely be back to equip my daily ride with a set. Thanks to all at Urban Bike Tech!

A great source for Pitlock skewers, spares, and more. Pitlock skewers are highly effective and last a long time, but use special washers that wear out and are easy to lose. Urban Bike Tech has spares, cheap. Not only could I get a new bike's worth of skewers on my existing key code, but I got to refurbish my old set, too.
