You will Lose EVERYTHING! Your Project, Money and Time! The Worst!
They will tell you "EVERYDAY" someone will back and NO ONE will ever call you until you call 2 weeks later when YOU call them back to hear, "No one is here right now". Then you lose another 2 weeks. Only to repeat again next week. DO NOT WORK with them! If you are working with them, they Only took your Money! Too late, if they have your Money. They stole my $10,000 and not giving me my project! It's been "1 Year so far!" They didn't reply to my Attorney either. Call the FBI, because they are hiding under different businesses.

Cheap but awful to work with
Cheap but awful to work with. They nickel and dime you on everything. EVERYTHING. Felt like a joke. They did things wrong and wanted me to pay for it all the time. Not once or twice. Very difficult to communicate with, and that hurts your chances of getting things done the way you want and for the price you want. Just an awful experience all the way around

High-pressure and won't honor their guarantee (even if you follow their Terms of Service)
Beware! These guys are very near to being smooth scammers. Please check their Better Business Bureau complaints before doing business with them! I made the mistake of trusting them, and it was a nightmare to try to get my money back. Edit: After what this company put me through, I'd only consider speaking with someone in their support department if the call was recorded and my attorney was listening on the other line. If I had done that the first time, I'd have a legitimate sexual harassment case because of how I was treated by the person who claimed to be an "attorney" and a "Vice President" of the company. Their conduct was so bad, I needed to file a complaint with the California State Bar association! Plus, they never even responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint! I've never been treated so unprofessionally in business before.

VERY TRUSTWORTHY
Our business was in need of a new logo and I chose Uptown Logo Design because of their prompt response to our inquiry and exceptional customer service!
