I briefly read the reviews for UPSW and thought they were ok. I did notice that one customer wasn't happy because of poor packaging. When I received my replacement exhaust system it was damaged with dents and gouges. It was pretty bad that the muffler I removed after 120,000 miles was in better shape then the new one from UPSW. Their excuse was "we pack them loosely and some damage is typical." Another line was "The damage is cosmetic and won't impact its function." They did offer to replace it, but I didn’t have a month to wait. I also wasn't confident the replacement would be in any better shape. I will not order from them again and recommend others find a different source for replacement exhaust parts. The company response to my review was correct. I did suggest a partial return to save us both shipping costs. After seeing some other reviews I figured it was best to just cut my losses and not order from them again. The low rating was based on my negative experience with poor customer service and email responses after receiving damaged parts. Please take a look at their reviews on Google. Much different then this rating. .

02' Nissan Pathfinder. The parts did not match my Pathfinder. 1) The pipes to the resonator were the wrong ones needed. Now I'll have to return them and god only knows if thats possible. 2) The pipes going to the resonator were angled upwards making installation all but impossible. 3) Due to pipes being angled upwards the entire back of the exhaust system is angled upwards too and the muffler exit pipe now hits the bumper. I'll have to take this to a place to have it fixed correctly. This system is cheap for a reason. Get under your Pathfinder and take pictures before hand. Don't make my mistake.

Have nothing nice to say but wont be using them ever again

Great price but the Exhaust didn’t fit worth a damn. I dropped the exhaust and car off at a an exhaust shop. The shop called to tell me it doesn’t fit correctly and would need modifications. I had the shop put the original exhaust back on. I called the company and had to hear bs of why this and that didn’t fit. Not happy with this company.

The part I received was not the right size. When I emailed to inquire, I did not receive a response until after I called 3 days later. Now I have to return the part and have ordered it from a different company. The part arrived quickly. The response to the email was longer than expected and required me to call and speak to a representative who was also suprised that I had not heard back from someone. The email simply stated to return the part. No specific details do help with the measurement or to reorder he correct part.

I bought a muffler from this website. In less than 2 years the muffler completely rusted off and needs to be replaced again. I will never buy another part from this website again, and if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either!!!!

I found my part online. Called to confirm is this part will fit my vehicle prior to ordering it. Was told it would not fit, then was told which part to order. I ordered the part. And the part did not fit. After days of calling/emailing the rude employees of the company, explaining my situation. I am now stuck paying to ship the part back, wait for my refund (without the original shipping cost I paid), then will have to order the correct part (which was the original part I looked at) and pay shipping for it. Essentially it is taking 2-3 weeks for me to purchase the correct part for my vehicle while paying to ship it 3 times.. Completely dissatisfied with this proccess..

I have order two of your exhaust systems . One ford and one Chevy . Both were for pick up trucks . Had issues with both trucks on the left side tail pipe assemblies. I had to use my bender to reform both trucks for the same side . Funny thing is they are two different makes but the pipes were the same . Same bends same length . Ford is different then Chevy just to let u know . Not happy about having to rebend your pipes to fit .
