Missing a gasket and a sleeve in the kit ordered. It came on time but two parts were missing.

I purchased a stainless steel resonator assembly for a Subaru Outback. Yes, it's made in China, however the welds are immaculate, the bends are smooth, the overall quality looks great, it fit prefect, and included all gaskets and clamps. However there are a few disappointments. The unit I received is not as pictured on the web site. The one pictured is a two piece unit with a large resonator. The one I received is a three piece unit with a very small resonator. In fact the inlet and outlet of the resonator are about 1/2 inch smaller in diameter than the pipes. This is a potential restriction that I don't want since I tow with this car. The slip joints are chamfered and easy to slide together but each one is a potential leak. This resonator is also louder than the OE. Not overly objectionable but kind of raspy and definitely louder. Then, I discovered that the donut gasket that was supplied was incorrect so that was a trip into town to buy the correct one. When I contacted customer service about a possible credit on my next purchase to cover the cost of the gasket I was told I had to complete a request for refund form on line, which I did. A week later with no reply or follow up on their part I spent my $200.00 for mufflers elsewhere. My first impression was great. After the fact, not so much. I doubt I'll be buying any more exhaust from these folks.

Quality parts at great prices, just wish they would communicate shipping details, missed my package twice because they required a signature. Would’ve been nice to know.

Product was good. Exact fit but the pictured clamp was not in my kit.

Well the parts don't come the way the pictures represnt. It fit well but the use of couplings to attach the pipes is no good the 2in coupling didn't work the carriage bolts broke. Luckily the system came with a pair of 2in pipe clamps. Those worked but a fully welded system would be best. Just remember if you by this system it will be best to by a catalytic converter also odds are its going bad also. Another note is that the studs are in the muffler flanges but they don't supply any hardware. Need to get m10x1.25 nuts qty =4 and you'll need m10 x at least 30mm for the exhaust to connect to the catalytic converter.

Prices were great but hard to get a hold of customer service for any questions; I was told I’d get an email with a tracking number - that never happened; I was told I would get information about when the package should arrive - that never happened. My girlfriend just happened to be home fortunately to accept the package as they would not drop ship and they would not send to any address other than my cc billing address. I wouldn’t use them again. I’d rather pay a little more and have the company I’m dealing with be straight with me.

Quality and shipment weren’t an issue but the exhaust manifold gasket that came with the kit did not fit my application(D16Y7). And the muffler is a tad bit louder than the stock muffler but isn’t a real issue with me.
