The whole process was easy and saved me thousands. They even drafted a waiver form for the filing fee which was approved, so the entire process cost me $40, just the cost of the two mandatory counseling classes. The clerks at the bankruptcy court were familiar with Upsolve and were happy with how complete my application was. My bankruptcy was just discharged and already my credit is better than it was before filing.
