Stephen was great instructor. Whenever there were questions, he was able to pivot to address the questions quite easily and even offer additional information. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and had a lot of experience to guide him.

The training curriculum has a lot of content to go through and Stephen made it interesting by tailoring the training and providing real world scenarios, examples, templates and helping answer questions during the training. Stephen Mercer was fantastic and the course was very informative. The materials were very thorough and comprehensive. My only tip for improvement would be this: There were several multiple choice questions that were read off, but not put up on the screen (for example, on a slide like the rest of the material). For those of us with ADHD, it's near impossible to fully participate because we tend to take a bit longer to process spoken information. It would have been great to have had those questions and the possible answers on a slide. :) Thank you again for a great course!
