The amount and quality of information provided, the level of detail, and the pace of this 4-day online course were all excellent. I completed the course with a lot more confidence about taking the PMP exam than I had prior to taking the course. Highly recommended for anyone interested in project management and preparing for the PMP exam. The instructor was Stephen Mercer. He kept a great pace, provided a lot of helpful tips on taking the exam, and was a pleasure to listen to.

Steve Mercer was able to present a vast quantity of info in a friendly format and back the information up with example pulled from his personal experience. Highly recommend!

Steve has been great throughout this entire week. He does a good job portraying the relevant information vs reading from a slide deck. You can tell he truly enjoys being an educator.

Stephen Mercer was a great PMP course instructor - while the work ahead of me to study successfully for the exam and fully comprehend the course material is clear, I trusted that Stephen prepared me as best as anyone could in a limited time! He was very thorough and clearly has expert level knowledge about the PMI way of thinking, the exam, and project management best practices in general. He allowed space for questions, and for students to test their thinking out loud while still keeping us on time and on track. The pace was fast - most of the concepts and terminology were new to me. I probably could have used a slightly slower paced, and extra half day of training. Coming from a social sector industry, it was very interesting, but also challenging to make sense of the concepts mostly using examples from tech and manufacturing industries. Could some of the examples be drawn from scenarios in nonprofit social services, philanthropy and fundraising, public/government sector work? Overall, Stephen was an incredible facilitator and I'm impressed with how much material we got through, and how engaged I was. Thank you!

Stephen Mercer was a great instructor. He was always open to answering questions and giving different examples to understand the topic better. He gave us great resources and he was open to any suggestions we might have. I look forward to my study sessions with him before taking the test.
