Scammers 100%
The process appeared real strange when no one called me about the loan process. Normally someone talks you through the process...not with them. I was asked to take a "screen shot or my account and routing number in order for the contract to be generated" What a Scam!

I was offered a loan with a 120% interest rate. If that is the normal rate for all client, please run and find another company to get a loan from. I literally started laughing when I saw the offer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dear Evan, We are sorry to learn that the available funding option did not meet your requirements. Please know that we take concerns of this nature seriously. It's crucial to clarify that our funding solutions vary in their structures. Through our Business Advances program, we acquire a percentage of your daily business sales, up to an agreed-upon amount, providing you with an immediate lump sum of cash. This involves an initial remittance amount that represents the specified percentage of daily sales. It's important to note that our Advance funding solution incorporates a reconciliation feature and operates differently from our Small Business Loans, which are characterized by fixed repayment terms. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that Merchant Cash Advances may have different Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) compared to our Business Loans. Best regards, Upscale Capital

I purchased postage stamps from Upscale…
I purchased postage stamps from Upscale and they charged my bank account TWICE. I emailed the company and sent them proof that the charge went through my bank account twice, yet they refused to refund my money or send more stamps. They are VERY unreasonable to work with, not to mention dishonest! I would not recommend this company that operates in this manner!
