The AI Prompt Engineering course…
The AI Prompt Engineering course through Upright Education met my expectations and provided a solid foundation for anyone looking to get started with AI tools. I came to this course looking to formalize my experience in prompting, and it delivered on that while also introducing me to a few new tools and techniques. The course was well-organized, and the instructor did a good job connecting the material to real-world applications. The hands-on projects were useful for reinforcing concepts and gave me a framework I could apply to my own workflows. The program is particularly well-suited for professionals with limited experience in AI who want a practical introduction to the field. Balancing a full-time role while making time for certificate coursework can be challenging, but the structure of this program made it manageable. The live sessions were engaging, support was responsive, and the resources provided a starting point I continue to build on. For anyone looking to get started with AI prompt engineering, this course offers a reasonable entry point.

I recently completed AI Agents and…
I recently completed AI Agents and Workflows, and it was one of the most practical AI courses I’ve taken—focused less on hype and more on building real, reliable agent workflows. I came away with a clear framework for turning messy processes into automations, plus concrete techniques like structured outputs, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and testing for consistency, and I finished with workflows I can keep refining and using at work.

A great experience
My cohort was one of the biggest and my instructor Ben and TA Luke were still very patient with everyone. They really took the time to make sure we understood a concept. If we had any questions they were both really responsive in our discord channel and office hours were a huge help. I really like how the program was laid out.
