Great experience with James
James was a great instructor, very helpful and encouraging. All the resources provided and video recordings were ample and additional office hours were more than enough supplemental help. Overall a great experience.

Good Bootcamp experience
I liked the set up or learning from home, with lessons, labs, and discussions. The boot amp was well paced and helped broaden my knowledge of IT/cybersecurity. My instructor Dan knew the content and the T/A Luke was great to work with.

I had the pleasure of taking the Prompt Engineer course, and I couldn't be more happy with the knowledge I have gained. The platform is easy to use and the support is excellent. I recommend this course if you want to know more about AI or pursue AI career path.

I enjoyed the class, but it could improve
I enjoyed the class and the instructor’s knowledge, but the pace of the course was too fast for someone who wad brand new to the subject/field. It should be clear even before registration what kind of candidates and knowledge would fit better for the way the class is presented. Communication with the other support staff also could improve.

This course made me an AI expert!
I loved everything about this course. Our instructor, Wes, was not only knowledgeable but also willing to give us information that far exceeded what I expected. Wes walked us through every question asked and graciously stayed beyond our time together to further help. I've already recommended this course to several friends.

AI Automation using Zapier
This experience was highly valuable, as it demonstrated how automation can be effectively applied in professional settings. We created Zapier workflows to organize incoming emails, extract key information such as category, urgency, and confidence, and route messages to the appropriate teams. These automations also enabled human review when necessary and supported drafting response emails. Overall, Upright Education emphasizes the practical use of automation to improve efficiency in both business and workplace environments.

Helping learners understand how tools like Zapier can be used to build real automation workflows for workplace and business settings is a big focus of the course, so it’s great to know that came through clearly. - The Upright Ed Team
