I attended my first Upper Clarity Stone Medicine workshop in 2015, and was blown away by the depth & breadth of information Sarah offered. I still refer to my notes from that class regularly. Since then, Upper Clarity has been one of my two go-to sources of information for authentic Daoist stone medicine education. Sarah is a skilled teacher of the utmost integrity and has a contagious passion for this work.

My first of three in depth classes with Sarah Thomas of Upper Clarity was in 2015. I trained to level 3, did a trip with Sarah and some in person meditations. These experiences were a gift I gave myself and set me on a new path. I appreciate the intellectual scientific side as well as the connection to spirit/intuition that she brings to her teachings. (I did attend a Jeffrey Yuen class and remember him saying learn the intellectual side then put it aside.) Sarah is a powerful teacher. Specifically my connection to the planet, my connection to spirit, my connection to my body have been my takeaways. I am not a practicing healer but I work with children and I use stones with intentions whenever I can. I also recommend her podcast on youtube!

I first studied with Upper Clarity/Sarah Thomas in the spring of 2015. Working with the stones and receiving the teachings unlocked so many sun filled rooms within my being. I have continued my studies with UC/ST in the years since and each time new rivers of creativity and connection emerge. Sarah approaches the teachings with generosity, gentility and an abiding reverence for the classical teachings of Daoist Stone Medicine. Each class is a transformational and expansive experience.
