Overall: Great. I quickly onboarded and enjoyed the experience. I was provided a platform that took my business plan 10x better than what I could have done on my own, or even more so! Pros: The simplicity and intuitiveness to help augment my workflow were exactly what I was looking for. As professional as I am, it is always nice to “enjoy” working, and Upmetrics does just that for me. Also, I had a couple of support issues which were addressed with lightening speed. This is a huge factor and they at Upmetrics have customer service nailed. Cons: Upmetrics is not perfect. There are some quirky things as with all software and systems. What I did not like was the menus always requiring me to re-hide them when switching sections. There are a few other minor areas of UX improvements that could happen, but I do not have a big fish to complain about.
