As soon as I submit a form they started bombarding me with automated emails and sales calls. However, I had very specific questions about the loan options. So, I sent them an email. They never responded and keep sending me those. unrelated emails asking to submit an application before answering any questions. Sales guys on the phone did the same that I personally found VERY SHADY. And then they. send me an email that they "have made the decision to close your file". They close it leaving me with no answers. So I would think twice before contacting them.
