If you are a small business, don't believe Uplyft Capital really cares about and wants to help you. We are a Tax firm in business for 12 years, in the past 2 years we have experienced rapid growth, with revenue of $110k and on tract to double that for the end of 2024, we are a solid business, however we had a slow month in Sep due to slow paid invoices. We applied for a simple low amount of $5000 for supplies and to prepare our office for the 2025 Tax Season. Our firm works year round in assisting small minority businesses with proving bookkeeping service, payroll service, Tax service at an affordable price, it's disappointing that we can't get the help when we need it. Our request for $5000 was denied due to a slow revenue month in September, they did not even ask the reason, that tells me the decision was not made by a human , it was based on a formula. What happened to an actual person visiting with you and sincerly wanting to help the small businesses.
