We worked with our broker from UPLYFT. His name is Tyler. We got Bitty as our lender through UPLYFT. The thing is this broker only exist when you are on progress getting funded but as soon as you're funded they completely ignore you. So at first it was good but when we have some questions they don't respond as quick as before we're funded by the lender. There are also so many misinformation from them. They claimed that we can report the payment history to the business bureau but turns out as soon as we clarify with the lender (Bitty Advance) the product that they funded us is not for improving business credit at all. So be very careful with these brokers!
