Horrible customer service I called…
Horrible customer service I called regarding my order and the person I spoke with hung up on me. I asked him for his manager and he said it was none of my business!!!!! Order didn't come on time!!!!!order from someplace else!!!!

Unfortunately when a customer places a 2nd Day Air Order overnight, even when we ship that order the very next business day (a Friday), we have no way of forcing FedEx to deliver the order on a Sunday. When we explain such matters to our customer, and when we explain that FedEx's policy of not delivering 2nd Day Air packages on Sunday, and how that is outside of our control to a customer, we hope for some sense of understanding from the customer. But when a customer becomes extremely rude and abusive, we choose to no longer take the abuse. We do our absolute best to provide exemplary service, but we do not allow our employees to be the subject of verbal abuse.
