Wrong color
I ordered Champagne color for my boat seats. Upon opening the box found you sent me black. I called to find out.how to return the cans and held for 15 minutes. I then left a message with my phone number expecting a return call. I have not heard anything. Although I want your product, I'm hesitant to order more as I don't know what color I am going to get.

As we tried to explain to our customer, when he placed his order, he had selected Ranger Black (SEM #25053). His order invoice shows those exact details. That is why we shipped him Ranger Black. Our customer made a mistake, and that's ok; but to insist that he ordered something else when his own order invoice displays his actual order of Ranger Black? We can only ship what people order, after all.
