We were so thrilled to hear that UpEquity could broker our loan in Florida. Matt worked in such a timely manner, thus securing us the lowest rate we could have imagined. We recommend them highly! Debbie & Felix

Matt is the GOAT. From navigating a tricky financing situation, to dealing with late night + last minute updates, he handled everything in a timely, respectful, and professional manner. As a first time home owner, buying a home (in general) is a very unclear process... Matt did his best to keep us educated and involved in the process. He assured us every step of the way that we were on track and was very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend UpEquity and Matt to anyone who wants to put a very competitive offer on a house.

UpEquity is 100% the reason my husband and I are under contract on our dream home. In the midst of the wildest real estate market we’ve seen, our offer was competitive and caught the eye of the seller. We didn’t have to offer an inflated price since we were backed by a cash offer. Not only that, but our Loan Officer, Matt, has been responsive and helpful at every step. UpEquity’s technology is efficient and streamlined and everything about the process has been easy. I would gladly recommend my friends and family use UpEquity for their next purchase.

Really easy to work with (specially Bikal Shrestha) faster pace, competitive interest rate however, they did not count my Reserve (drill) pay as my income source; they could not provide me a satisfactory reasoning either so I am little bit salty about it. Other than that, I would recommend you all, at least, let them try.

I’ve had the privilege and fortune of working with UpEquity on more than one occasion. In particular, Bikal Shrestha, was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient and making things happen. I was extremely impressed with the speed at which they were able to process a refinance loan from another mortgage company as well as a preapproval letter for a future purchase. I give them my strongest possible recommendation for any future business. You won’t be disappointed.

I worked with Matt Hoey on refinancing my mortgage and he did an amazing job with walking me through the process and answering all of my questions! I really didn't know where to begin with my refinance other than comparing estimates and rates. I ended up getting the best offer from UpEquity after receiving multiple estimates. They took care of everything after I decided to proceed with them and made it hassle free! I was even able to sign the final documents from my home! Thank you again for helping me save money and making it as easy as possible!

A fit for real people. UpEquity combined many steps in our real estate selling/buying process and acted as a trusted partner. If not for UpEquity, I honestly don't know if our move would have happened!

Bianca was incredibly helpful and made the refinancing process so easy and straightforward. I would recommend UpEquity with no reservations or hesitation to anyone looking to refinance their home.
