They have taken 275£ from me and not provided any services. They done this on two different occasions.
Companies House record show they are dissolved, and they are still charging people money.

The documents were sent on a number of occasions to this company and Trustpilot. The issues were not addressed. I just want to know why this company ghosted me and took my money.
If the company record shows they are dissolved. They shouldn't be trading under this brand, anyway, in any capacity.
If they crossed reference the invoices, the services were not given. They said I needed a facebook page to do the marketing. But I have one. I did not deny access to my fb page. That is a lie. The reason I didn't pay the remaining 100£, because the fb campaign was never attempted in the first place. I did not deny access. This must be the most silliest reason I heard all day. Why would I pay that last 100£ then for a fb campaign to deny access. It makes no sense, of course I wanted a fb campaign, in an ongoing basis. I think the company is a rip off.
If all is not possible above, why not just refund my 100£, which I paid for the last invoice. Because all they did for that invoice, was a Silly Poster or (fb Picture) for that last 100£. I think this is a rip off, and services denied, even though they charged me
That Chris didn't get back to my messages for several weeks, or tell me what you stated now below. Even though I asked for an explanation for weeks now.
If you can't provide the services for whatever reason. Just refund as simple as that.
There is no defamation. I just want the service I paid for. Or a refund if no service. We live in 21st century Britain not anywhere else

This is last time, I will repeat myself. i did not deny access to my fb business page. You said, you didn't receive the correct access to my Facebook Page via Meta Business Manager. All you had to do is ask for it, is not rocket science. I don't recollect that it was an issue at the time. Please provide correspondences that i been asked and denied access to fb page. I was not informed about the access requirements and next steps. There is truly a misunderstanding between you and the staffs and your company. Staff namely Chris who stated that his father died on the day and was not able to work or get cover for him. After that I don't hear again
There were no communication between Chris, Mark and me later on. I asked for a refund many many times. Nobody came back to me and explained the situation. Like, you have done now. I can show WhatsApp messages too . How many times I had to chase them for any explanation or maybe a refund
You state you can share records privately with Trustpilot. To tell them, I was informed about access requirements and next steps. When i wasn't aware it was an issue at the time. Unless this is properly documented. I don't believe it took place.
Now you might have the whole time to come back and forth. But unfortunately, I have a living to make, unlike others.
This is the last correspondence you are getting from me. I am only going to communicate via Trustpilot.

Your review contains multiple inaccuracies and misleading statements which we feel obligated to publicly clarify — not just for you, but for anyone reading:
1. You paid us £275 across two separate invoices — and services were delivered in both cases.
The first invoice covered a website and social media assets, which were completed and sent.
The second invoice (£100) was for a Facebook advertising setup, including a custom-designed promotional creative (which you received), campaign planning, and setup work.
The only reason the campaign didn’t go live is because we never received the correct access to your Facebook page via Meta Business Manager — a non-negotiable requirement to legally and technically run ads on your behalf. Having a Facebook page is not the same as giving us access to run ads on it.
To claim “nothing was done” is objectively false.
2. You were not ghosted — and we have message records to prove it.
We acknowledge some delays in responses, but communication was not cut off. You were informed clearly about the access requirements and next steps. We’d be happy to share message records privately with Trustpilot if needed.
3. Regarding Companies House No. 14457058 —
That company was voluntarily dissolved due to internal restructuring. We are now operating under a new, fully registered and compliant UK business entity. Many businesses restructure or rename without any impact on clients or obligations. This does not invalidate our trading activity in any way.
4. On the refund request —
You’re asking for a refund on the second invoice after work was already delivered (ad strategy + creative). Our terms clearly state that once planning and design work has commenced, that payment is non-refundable. You chose not to complete the process required to activate the campaign. That’s not the result of poor service — it’s the result of incomplete collaboration.

If we were never your provider and never hosted your domain or email, we cannot be responsible for any issues you're experiencing.
