I would like to congratulate the team for the wonderful job in getting our 2 U crates 100 from Florida to Italy so efficiently. They arrived in just under 7 weeks from the date of pick-up. I found everyone I dealt with very helpful, professional and quick to respond. Alicia was a wonderful help as I had many questions before placing the order. Every question was answered within the day or by early the next day and her advice was spot on. The process of shipping a crate is extremely well-documented and easy to follow. The crate packs arrived at our house in Florida within a few days, ahead of schedule and we liked the quality of the materials. We were kept informed at every step of the way. Pick-up and delivery to the port in the USA and then the subsequent shipping to Europe happened like clockwork. I dealt with James initially in the European team who was very helpful. Then, I was in touch with Elda whose efficiency, nice manner and quickness to respond was top level. We felt that we were in very good hands throughout the process and the smooth passage through customs confirmed their professionalism. Our crates arrived in good shape ….they looked like new and not one thing was broken nor scratched (we had boxes of glasses, furniture and crockery packed in there). All in all this is a great service, great price and run by a very professional and competent team. I would not hesitate to use this service again…thank you! Note: it is important to make sure the crate is packed well, following the instructions. We opted to tie everything with extra straps and shrink wrapped it all before placing the crate around the contents, although this was not required in the instructions
